MALONEY, Judge.
Appeal is taken from a conviction for capital murder. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Section 19.03(a)(2). After finding Appellant guilty, the jury answered the special issues in the affirmative and punishment was assessed at death. Article 37.071, V.A.C.C.P.
