For over fifteen years, Charles R. Hammond, a store manager, sexually harassed his female employees at the Ludlum Food Mart of Bushnell, Illinois. Fed up with this behavior, Ludlum's management finally fired Hammond on November 1, 1985. He died by his own hand less than a year later.
