Joseph and Noemi Andreuccetti (collectively "the Andreuccettis") appeal from an order dismissing their appeal from the confirmation of the reorganization plan in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The district court dismissed their appeal on alternative grounds, concluding, first, that the Andreuccettis' bankruptcy estate was so insolvent that they were without standing to bring the appeal, and second, that the appeal was moot.
