OPINION

BARAJAS, Justice.

A jury convicted Manuel "Johnny" Ledesma, Appellant, of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and subsequently assessed punishment of two concurrent life terms of imprisonment and two $10,000 fines. In three points of error, Appellant seeks review of the judgment rendered by the trial court. We affirm.
