Frieburg Farm Equipment, Inc., and related parties (collectively "Frieburg") brought this diversity suit against Van Dale, Inc., under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (WFDL) and state common law. The district court, on cross motions for summary judgment, held that Frieburg met the statutory definition of "dealer," and hence could proceed with its WFDL count.
