Celia A. Lara, individually and as next friend of Raul V. Lara, Jr., Roland Thomas Lara, and Lillia Maria Lara, minors, and on behalf of the Estate of the late Raul V. Lara, deceased, and on behalf of all those entitled to bring suit for his death, appeal a summary judgment entered in favor of Charles Lile, individually and d/b/a Raven Transport and Raven Supply in the Laras' suit for wrongful death.
