Appellant, D.W.L., appeals the juvenile court's order waiving exclusive jurisdiction of the cause against him pursuant to Tex. Fam.Code Ann. § 54.02(a). (Vernon Supp. 1992). The juvenile court transferred the cause to the criminal district court where appellant would be tried as an adult for the offense of capital murder.
