This case represents another chapter in the continuing saga of inmate violence in our nation's prisons. While an inmate at the Cummins Unit of the Arkansas Department of Corrections, Respondent John Nesbitt (Nesbitt) was stabbed by fellow inmate Kenny Hamm (Hamm).
