Following a jury trial, defendant, Richard Reeves, was found guilty of the murder of Mario Fierro and sentenced to a prison term of 25 years. On appeal, defendant contends that: (1) the Illinois Homicide Act violates the United States Constitution; (2) the State failed to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; (3) the trial court erred in refusing to tender to the jury an instruction on involuntary manslaughter...
