Two actions brought by Darlene A. Sandman against Judge Bradley Dakota were consolidated before this Court. In 2:91-cv-269, plaintiffs Darlene A. Sandman and Frederick D. Shelifoe ("plaintiffs") claimed that Judge Dakota violated plaintiffs' due process rights by sending their children to foster care in Minnesota and by continuing to make decisions about the children's placement and treatment without affording plaintiffs notice...
