Pursuant to Ark.R.Crim.P. 24.3, the appellant, Larry Freeman, entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to manufacture or deliver, reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress.
