This is an insurance case. Owen Fike died after leaving employment with Storall Manufacturing Co. which had a group life policy in which Fike participated. The policy was issued by the appellant, Life Insurance Company of Arkansas (the Company). The group insurance terminated on Fike's last work day, and Fike was killed in an accident 88 days later.
