FARRELL, Associate Judge:

In this suit alleging legal malpractice, the trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of appellee Allen Lowe on the ground that the complaint was filed several days after the three-year statute of limitations had expired. We conclude that the suit, when measured from the time appellant Sandra M. Poole suffered actual injury as a result of the alleged malpractice, was timely filed, and we therefore reverse and remand for consideration...
