In this appeal from his conviction for structuring currency transactions, the appellant contends that the district court erroneously (1) denied his pretrial motion to suppress evidence, (2) denied him a fair trial through certain evidentiary rulings, (3) instructed the jury concerning an element of the offense, and (4) calculated his sentence under the Sentencing Guidelines.
