MIRABAL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment against an intervenor creditor in a divorce action. We abate the appeal.

Carol Ford Koecher (wife) and Quentin Vail Koecher (husband) married on May 2, 1980. On June 24, 1981, wife and husband entered into a post-nuptial agreement that provided for the division of wife's and husband's property on dissolution of the marriage. Wife filed for divorce from husband on June 8, 1989...
