("Teletron") seeks reinstatement of the jury's award of $500,000 in lost profits and additional damages under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), or, alternatively, a new trial in its suit against Texas Instruments Inc. ("TI") for failing to timely produce ten (10) working preproduction units of a programmable thermostat ("the T-2000") for Teletron to use in a computerized energy management...
