James R. Lowe brought this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., against his former employer, J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. At the close of the plaintiff's evidence, the District Court1 granted defendant's motion for directed verdict and dismissed the complaint with prejudice. Lowe appeals, and we affirm.
