GIBSON, Justice.

The State appeals a superior court order granting petitioner Jamie Ross post-conviction relief in the form of a new trial. The court found petitioner had been denied effective assistance of counsel during his sexual assault trial because his counsel failed to object to expert testimony concerning the credibility of the child victim. We affirm.
