The Court takes judicial notice of the record herein and in the related Case No. 81-01069 In re Szafranski and its Adversary Proceeding No. 82-0058 Royal American Oil and Gas Co. v. Szafranski. Upon consideration thereof, the Court, pursuant to F.R.B.P. 7052, finds, concludes and orders as follows.
