Leval, District Judge) of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute over five kilograms of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988), and of using and carrying firearms in relation to drug trafficking crimes, in violation of 18 U.S.C....
