KLEES, Judge.
On June 13, 1988, defendant, Steven B. Quatrevingt, was charged by a bill of information with first degree murder, allegedly committed in the perpetration of an aggravated rape, in violation of Louisiana Revised Statute, 14:30, subd. A(1). On March 28, 1989, the trial court convened a lunacy hearing and adjudged the defendant competent to stand trial.
