Plaintiff-appellant Cynthia Fournier, a Massachusetts resident, having contracted to spend her vacation at a Best Western resort in Grand Cayman Island, was struck by a motor boat and injured while snorkeling. Fournier sued two Best Western entities, Best Western International Inc.
