By his first assignment of error, defendant contends the trial court erred by allowing three witnesses to testify that the victim had told them that defendant shot at her during the 31 July highway chase. Defendant argues that because the victim testified at defendant's probable cause hearing arising from that incident that she had not actually seen or heard gunshots during the pursuit, the State should not have been allowed to contradict that sworn...
