The debtor, Malcolm Antell, filed a motion on July 14, 1992 to vacate this court's order of June 30, 1992 and for the imposition of sanctions against counsel for a secured creditor, Jefferson Bank. The order of June 30, 1992 had granted Jefferson Bank relief from the automatic stay by default.
