On this appeal, arising out of defendant's conviction of rape and sexual abuse of his two minor stepdaughters, he principally argues that he was denied effective assistance of counsel. This charge is grounded upon defense counsel's failure to introduce into evidence the report of a physician who examined one of the children alleged to be victims of the charged crimes.
