PER CURIAM.

Harold Gene Lucas appeals the death sentence imposed on him on resentencing. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution and affirm the sentence.

A jury convicted Lucas of the first-degree murder of his sixteen-year-old former girlfriend and the attempted murder of two of her friends and recommended that he be sentenced to death. This Court affirmed his convictions, but ordered that he be resentenced...
