CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Fred Cook1, appeals his conviction of two counts of distribution of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967 A(1). He also appeals his sentence of 15 years at hard labor, on each count, consecutive, and a fine of $5,000. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
