This is an appeal from a conviction for driving while intoxicated, enhanced to a felony offense on the basis of two prior D.W.I, misdemeanor convictions. Subsequent to a finding of guilty by a jury, the trial court assessed punishment as follows: (1) two years imprisonment, suspended; (2) eight years probation; (3) with 180 days in jail as a condition of probation; (4) three to twelve months service in a restitution center; (5)...
