OPINION

ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Willie Cannon Nelson, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury rejected appellant's plea of not guilty and assessed punishment at fortyfive years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. We affirm.
