Plaintiff-appellee suffered work-related injuries on 21 May 1981 and again on 6 April 1982. Defendant-appellant, Union Camp, paid disability benefits to plaintiff until 1986, when he was convicted of a crime and sentenced to seven years in prison. Plaintiff actually served one year and eight months, from 22 April 1986 to 3 December 1987.
