Appellant, Henry Moshay, III was indicted for the felony offense of possession of cocaine, a controlled substance, weighing more than 28 grams and less than 400 grams by aggregate weight. He filed a pre-trial motion to suppress all evidence seized as the result of an alleged unlawful search and seizure of his vehicle. After a hearing, the trial judge denied appellant's motion.
