MEMORANDUM OPINION

MEANS, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiff's appeal from a grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant Gaddy. The judgment quieted title in defendant Gaddy's mineral leasehold estate located on the original allotment of a Mexican Kickapoo Indian. Having reviewed the record and applicable law, we reverse.
