Claimant appeals from an order of the Industrial Commission (Commission) which found it lacked jurisdiction to adjudicate claimant's application for adjustment of claim because of the existence of a prior approved lump-sum settlement agreement. Claimant contends the prior settlement does not bar his current application because he seeks benefits for a different injury than that covered by the settlement...
