Appellant Nelson Valencia Calderon pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute, and possess with intent to distribute, 500 or more grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and to one count of distributing 500 or more grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(B). Appellant challenges the district court's two-level increase in appellant's base offense level, pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3B1.1...
