The plaintiff, Carole L. Fosco, brought this action seeking review of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Board of Trustee's decision which denied her application for an IMRF survivor annuity. The trial court affirmed the defendant Board's decision. The plaintiff appeals.
