Jeffrey Ritchie, by and through the executor of his estate, brought suit against the defendant, Daniel Huntington, claiming Huntington breached a duty to render him aid and assistance while he was a passenger in Huntington's auto. In addition, Ritchie brought suit against several other parties, none of whom are before us on appeal.
