This is an employer-employee wrongful discharge and an unjust enrichment case. Plaintiff Melvin K. Conrad (Conrad) was terminated by his employer, defendant Rofin-Sinar, Inc. (Rofin-Sinar), a manufacturer of laser systems. Conrad says the termination violates a "just cause" employment contract.
