CUMMINGS, Justice.

Appellant Billy Wayne Morgan was indicted by a McLennan County Grand Jury for Murder as a habitual criminal. He was tried before a jury, found guilty, and sentenced to life in prison. Appellant complains that improper argument was used by the prosecutor while closing, illegally obtained evidence was admitted at trial, evidence of extraneous offenses was admitted at trial and the indictment upon which he was prosecuted was void...
