RYDER, Judge.

Appellant, Joe L. Hawkins (Hawkins), challenges the judgment adjudicating him guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hawkins raises three issues, and our determination that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to try the case renders the other two issues moot.
