This matter is before the court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) on the appeal of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court. 1990 WL 124052. The bankruptcy judge, the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, granted the summary judgment motion of the trustee and the Unsecured Creditors' Committee and upheld their objections to the FDIC's claim.
