Haygood Contracting, Inc. filed suit against Cherokee Falls Investments, Inc. (CFI) and William L. Crolley to recover amounts allegedly owed on a construction contract. CFI answered and filed a counterclaim arising from another construction contract, and Crolley filed an answer denying individual liability.
