BAIRD, Judge.

This cause comes before the court upon the appeal of Scotty L. Curto from his conviction for trafficking in drugs in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(3). We affirm.

On September 20, 1990, appellant was indicted by the Summit County Grand Jury on a charge of trafficking. On October 22, 1990, after entering a plea of not guilty to the offense charged, appellant filed a motion to suppress marijuana plants...
