Defendant was indicted for three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, arising out of separate sales of cocaine to an undercover police officer. Defendant made pretrial motions for various relief, hearings were conducted and the matter proceeded to trial. After the prosecution presented its case and defendant testified on his own behalf, a plea bargain was reached whereby defendant entered a plea of guilty...
