SAWYER, J.

Defendant pled guilty of malicious destruction of police property. MCL 750.377b; MSA 28.609(2). He was sentenced to serve a term of two to four years in prison, with his sentence being consecutive to the sentence he was then serving in that he was on parole at the time of the instant offense. He now appeals and we affirm.

Defendant first argues that the trial court erred in denying him credit against his sentence for time served. We disagree. This...
