Plaintiff appeals as of right from a January 9, 1988, order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) on the ground that plaintiff's claim in this action brought pursuant to the Michigan Handicappers' Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq., was preempted by federal labor law. We reverse.
