Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision granting that branch of the petition which sought review of the denial of a variance for a rear yard setback from 25 feet to 20 feet, and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the petition; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
