MEMORANDUM OPINION

MENTZ, District Judge.

Before the court is a motion filed by the defendants Sonat Offshore Drilling (Sonat) and Amoco Production Company (Amoco) to dismiss the claims of the plaintiff Louvinia Rebstock for loss of consortium, service, and society.
