This is an appeal from a Judgment entered in a medical malpractice case in which the jury found in favor of the defendant, doctor. Appellant, plaintiff in the underlying action, contends that the court erred in granting the defendant's motion for compulsory non-suit on the issue of informed consent and in refusing to allow her to establish her negligence claim based upon the theory of res ipsa loquitur.
