The plaintiff, Real Estate Planners, Inc. (REP), appeals the Superior Court's (Gray, J.) denial of its motion to amend a declaratory judgment petition, challenging amendments to the Newmarket Zoning Ordinance, and the Superior Court's (Mohl, J.) grant of the defendant Town of Newmarket's (the Town) motion to dismiss. We affirm.
