This cause comes before the Court after Trial on Complaint to Avoid Preference. At the Trial, a conflict arose as to whether Ohio Citizens Bank had a properly perfected security interest. The resolution of the Complaint hinged upon the efficacy of Ohio Citizens Bank's security interest.
